Bespoke designed and built for a former Cumbrian farmhouse, comprising a two bay queen strut truss frame plus a lean-to link corridor section providing a spacious lounge area with open views to the garden through full height windows on three sides and a covered open porched outdoor seating and barbecue area. Overall, with its structural frame crafted from 4.5 tonnes of green oak, this garden room extension measures 8.6m in length by 4.8m wide and 4.2m to from floor to apex.
