A green oak framed garden room
Designed and built to sit atop existing dwarf walls and fit better with adjoining masonry and roof lines as a replacement for an existing structure, this single bay garden room features a glazed gable and partial glazing and part walled to eaves on two additional sides. Attached to a modern house in northwest England, it measures 4.2m wide with a projection outwards of 3.9m and 3.2m tall from floor to apex, and comprises 1.2 tonnes of oak.
