A green oak framed two storey barn conversion in the North Lakes in Cumbria, comprising a first floor frame with solid oak joists throughout, stair well with integral newel post and an arch braced and collared truss roof frame with purlins and wind braces. The first floor area totals 6.7m in length by 4.6m wide and, together with the roof truss and frame, is made from 3.5 tonnes of green oak.
